About Braga
Motorcycle track day at the Braga circuit
The Circuito de Velocidade Vasco Sameiro, located near Braga in Portugal, is a permanent circuit that opened in 1990. Named in honor of the Portuguese driver Vasco Sameiro, it is an important place for motorcycle track days and club competitions. Less known than Portimão or Estoril, it offers an accessible and technical experience.
Built around the municipal airfield of Braga in Palmeira, the circuit hosted the European Touring Car Cup in 2009 and 2010. Managed by the Clube Automóvel do Minho, it remains a popular venue for Portuguese national championships and track days.
Characteristics of the Braga track
