About Driving Center Paul Ricard
The Driving Center Paul Ricard: The training track of the legendary Castellet
The Driving Center Paul Ricard is a leisure driving track of 1.6 km inaugurated in 2013 within the Circuit Paul Ricard complex, in Le Castellet (Var). Distinct from the Grand Circuit (5.8 km, FIA Grade 1), the Driving Center is dedicated to driving courses, corporate events, and training. It offers the unique opportunity to ride at the circuit that hosted the Formula 1 French Grand Prix, in a more accessible and formative setting.
Driving Center Track and Characteristics
The track extends over 1.6 km of asphalt, shorter and more accessible than the Grand Circuit and its 247 possible configurations. The Driving Center prioritizes pedagogy and safety, with a track designed for learning to drive and advanced training courses. The surface benefits from the same asphalt quality as the main circuit, and the infrastructures of the entire Paul Ricard complex are accessible.
Driving Tips at the Driving Center
The Driving Center is designed as a training track — take advantage of it to work on the fundamentals: driving position, braking points, trajectories. The shorter track allows you to multiply passes and quickly memorize the landmarks. Don't look for pure speed from the start, focus on the regularity and fluidity of your trajectories.

The Driving Center is located at 2760 Route des Hauts du Camp, 83330 Le Castellet. From Aix-en-Provence or Marseille: A50/A52, exit Gémenos or La Cadière-Le Beausset. From Toulon: A50, exit Le Beausset. Allow approximately 1 hour from Marseille or Toulon.
