Motorcycle Track Day at Circuito Tazio Nuvolari
The Circuito Tazio Nuvolari, inaugurated in 2014 in Cervesina (Pavia), was created by entrepreneur Giorgio Traversa on the site of a rehabilitated former gravel pit. The circuit is named after the legendary Italian driver Tazio Nuvolari. Expanded between 2019 and 2024, it has become the 2nd longest circuit in Italy in its extended 5.26 km configuration. The sound limit of 95 dB is strict.
Track Characteristics
The main track measures 2.8 km with 11 turns (5 left, 6 right) in a clockwise direction. The track is 11 m wide (16 m with asphalt run-off areas) and is completely flat. The main straight of 720 m allows you to reach 286 km/h on a motorcycle. The long configuration (5.26 km, 8 straights) offers an even more varied track.
Riding Tips
The circuit was designed for riding pleasure, safety and ease of overtaking. The wide asphalt run-off areas offer an excellent safety margin. The track mixes tight hairpins, medium-fast corners and the long 720 m straight. The flat configuration simplifies suspension settings. The circuit is located in Cervesina, 30 km from Pavia and 1 hour from Milan. Milan Linate Airport is the most convenient.
